These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GoStore (the "Service"), operated by GoStore LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Accounts

You need an account to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. Your organization's administrator controls who has access and what they can do.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and not to:

Break the law or infringe anyone's rights while using it;
Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to reach;
Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure;
Reverse engineer or copy the Service except as permitted by law.

3. Your data

You keep ownership of the business data you put into the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that data so we can provide the Service to you. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, add, or remove features over time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

5. Fees

Any fees, billing terms, and plan details will be as agreed between you and us. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached or if required to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period unless the law requires otherwise.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
