What does GoStore actually do?
It's the back office for a retail business with more than one location. In one system you manage stock, ring up sales at a register, move goods between your warehouse and shops, track what you owe suppliers and what customers owe you, and see analytics — all from the same connected data.
Does it handle more than one location?
That's the whole point. GoStore models your shops, warehouse, suppliers, and bank as connected locations. Stock moves between them, and every sale, transfer, and payment stays reconciled across the operation.
How does the cash register work?
Each shop or warehouse has a register. You open a session, record sales and expenses through the day, then close it by counting the drawer. GoStore checks the count against opening float plus money in, minus money out — so the day ties out.
How is profit calculated?
Real margin, not just revenue. GoStore tracks the cost of stock through FIFO cost batches, so profit on a sale is the sell price minus what that specific unit cost you.
How do shops get stock from the warehouse?
A shop raises a stock request. The warehouse reviews and approves it, and the goods transfer at cost. The shop's sell price is seeded for you, and the movement is recorded on both sides.
How are debts and loans tracked?
On one ledger. Customer balances, inter-location transfers, and bank loans all live together. When you record a payment against a debt, every linked record — the invoice or the loan — updates in the same step.
Can I control who sees what?
Yes. Roles and permissions go down to a single location and action. A cashier can work a register without seeing company-wide finances; an owner sees everything.
What languages are supported?
English, Azərbaycanca, and Русский, switchable per user.
